Since discovering Pilates more than 20 years ago, I’ve cultivated a deep passion for movement and its transformative power. I’m also certified in various yoga disciplines which allows me to blend these practices into unique, dynamic classes. My approach fuses the precision of Pilates, the grace of barre, the mindfulness of yoga, and the artistry of dance to create well-rounded, empowering fitness experiences.

Barre Fusion is a fast-paced, 45-minute workout designed to ignite your entire body! Start with isometric strength training at the barre to sculpt and tone, then flow into balance-focused "center barre" moves—barre-inspired work without the barre. Finally, hit the floor for a Pilates-based core burn that will leave your abs on fire! This high-energy class targets your core, arms, legs, and booty, helping you achieve a lean, toned physique.

Barre Classic is a full-body workout that combines ballet-inspired moves with strength training to tone muscles, improve balance, and build total-body strength. Through precise, controlled movements, you'll sculpt your arms, legs, core, and back while using your own body weight and a variety of props to challenge your limits. This energizing class is designed to push you toward becoming stronger, leaner, and more balanced—both physically and mentally.

Pilates Power is a high-energy, full-body workout that supercharges traditional Pilates with a strength-training twist!
